Thoughts on... stupid road signs.

'DEBRIS ON ROAD.'
All very well and good, if you can tell that that`s what it says. The 'R' looks like a 'B', and the 'B' and 'D' look like an 'O's. By the time you`ve distinguished that 'OEOBIS ON BOAO' is what the sign says, translated that from Latin, and realised it can`t have -actually- said 'OEOBIS ON BOAO' you got the said Oeobis stuck in you engine. 'CRAP AHEAD' would be much more effective.

'ONCOMING VECHILE.'
On a motorway. I found it slightly disturbing to be honest. At high speed? How big? It is a threat? Or a drunk?

'THIS SIGN IS NOT IN USE.'
I guess the highway council were being warned about un-employment risks and had to make extra jobs? Or do they have really bad apprentices? Well, I suppose making completely useless signs is a good way to burn money and test the printer.

'TIREDNESS KILLS - TAKE A BREAK.'
Or watch the road instead of reading this sign. Your choice.

'PEDESTRIANS DO NOT CROSS HERE.'
I`m in car. Why would I care?

'NO PARKING HERE AT ANY TIME, EXPECT 8PM - 8AM.'
Basically, park here. Unless it`s convenient, it which case you can`t. Cause we`re the council and mean like dat. And make stupid signs. xD
Lizzie.
